A new chapter for JPII in Omaha

St. John Paul II Academy’s original location in Blair closed after the 2023-24 school year.

You are now on JPOmaha.org, the website of the Omaha location opening August 2024.

For more information, see below a letter from Blair head of school Beth Holdridge. Feel free to contact the school anytime with questions.

Dear Friends and Family,

We have greatly appreciated your support of St. John Paul II Classical Academy’s 2023-24 school year, either through sending your children, prayers, volunteering, or donating your time and talents. The school year has been such a gift in so many ways in our Blair Community. We have been blessed beyond words to see the academic growth in the students who attended. We launched this inaugural year in faith believing enrollment would grow as the year continued. We did not know that God wanted to include opening a secondary campus in Omaha, but it has! The enrollment has grown for the 2024-2025 school year not in Blair but in Omaha.

‘For I know the plans I have for you,’ declares the Lord, ‘plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.’
Jeremiah 29:11.

St. John Paul II Academy did not achieve enrollment targets to successfully continue in Blair. The new location in Omaha is currently accepting students. Both locations are of the same culture and belief, and I strongly encourage you to plan a visit and meet the families!

See their full website at jpomaha.org.

Future re-opening of the Academy in Blair will remain an option to be explored and supported for the 2025-2026 school year.

‘The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few…’
Matthew 9:37

Pray that the Lord will bring families like yourselves together in the Blair Community with the like-minded mission to choose the path of educating their children as God, not the world, has intended. It will be the parents desiring this for their children who will reopen the doors of St. John Paul II Classical Academy in Blair.

Our deepest gratitude for your willing hearts and spirits and may God bless you always.

St. John Paul II, pray for us!

Beth Holdridge
President, Blair Campus
